Equipped with a B.S. in animal science with an equine science minor, Catherine centers her life around horses. Growing up in the hunter/eq show ring, she has lessoned and learned from some of the greats in our industry, including Vince and Janice Dugan, Kate Gibson Rand, Donna Freyer, Todd Pletcher, Michael Matz, Armand Chenelle, Sally Cousins and Buck Brannaman. She combines her years of experience on the thoroughbred racetrack starting horses to her own riding and teaching, hoping to pass down respect and proper horsemanship to the next generation.

Leslie is the ultimate horse-show mom. Always equipped with water and a towel, she is the center of calm and positivity. She never stops working and is always giving to her family, boarders included. Executive during the day, she provides a voice of reason to Stonehouse. Look for her in the gardens on the weekends, adding a sense of polish to everything she touches. A casual rider but an expert on ringside manner and always willing to hold your horse.

Between driving Catherine to a decade of riding lessons, Bear perfected his craft of carpentry, and his work at Stonehouse is no exception. With undying dedication, adding farm owner is following a list that includes Alaskan fly-fishing guide, marine construction and sporting clay shooter. Find him on a tractor or look for his craftsmanship in everything from the tack room to the outdoor arena jumps or look for Josie, his red lab, and he won't be far.
